The Leave of Absence (LOA) system allows members to temporarily step away from guild activities without losing their standing within GRAND ORDER. We understand that work, school, family, vacations, and other real-life responsibilities may occasionally prevent members from remaining active.

If you know you'll be inactive for an extended period, submit an LOA request before your absence begins. While your LOA is active, you will be exempt from attendance requirements and inactivity checks for the approved duration. This helps staff accurately track guild activity while ensuring members are not unfairly penalized for planned time away.

When your approved leave ends, you're expected to return to normal participation by checking in regularly, contributing to the guild, and resuming progression alongside the community. If your circumstances change and additional time is needed, please contact a staff member before your LOA expires.

The LOA system exists to balance accountability with flexibility, allowing members to handle real-life commitments while preserving their place within GRAND ORDER.
