How to Obtain - Moonless Transcendent is obtained through the "Top of Hueco Castle Raid" you will first get his base secret form with a drop chance of 3% from act 5 of the Raid or 10% within the Boss Rush once obtained you will be able to evolve him all the way to his Boundless Evolution.
